GolTV announced the expansion of its sales force in Los Angeles with the addition of Tyler Verdery as account executive. With nearly a decade of sales and marketing experience and a background in Hispanic network advertising sales, Verdery will drive advertising initiatives on the West Coast, reporting directly to GolTVs vice president of Network Advertising Sales, Miami-based Iván Pérez. The U.S. Census numbers are showing significant growth among the Hispanic population and advertisers are now more than ever seeking out new ways to connect and engage with this audience. With an undoubtedly healthy upfront season upon us, Tyler will be instrumental in fostering and managing key clients in the west coast helping them reach GolTVs diverse and loyal audience, said Pérez.Verdery joins GolTV from The Search Agency, Inc. in Santa Monica, California. Prior to this position, Verdery served as the multicultural sales manager at National Cable Communications, developing Hispanic and multicultural spot television revenue for local operators nationwide and collaborating with Hispanic and general market advertising agencies in the Western U.S.
