Adrián Santucho, CEO of FremantleMedia for US Hispanic, Mexico and Pan-regional, announced that they began to shoot in the Non Stop studios in Buenos Aires, the pilot of the Argentinean version of Web Therapy, original series by Lisa Kudrow (Friends) that is now property of FremantleMedia.The company already produced a Spanish version and the Argentinean pilot is expected to become an 18×30´ series which, if negotiations go well, will be aired on a pan-regional channel and on an open screen.Web Therapy is a comedy about a woman who offers three-minute therapy online. One of the innovative elements is that everything goes takes place on a Skype-communication between the therapist and her patients.The Argentinean version will star Carla Peterson, together with Muriel Santana and Carlos Santamarina. The adaptation and direction are under the responsibility of Alejandro Ocón. We are also offering the possibility of making 3 to 5 minute viral videos with the rolling gags of each scene and consultation therapy videos for special guests, that can live on the web on their own. It is a native product for open TV or cable but that can diversify to live on an online portal, explained Santucho.He also expressed that a few days ago they began shooting the second season of La Banda in Miami and a program with Discovery in Mexico.
