Fox Deportes posted impressive viewership in October, dominating its competition across all major day-parts — total day, prime time, late night and weekend dayin both Persons 2+ and Adults 18-49, according to Nielsen Media Research. The network was led by its coverage of Major League Baseballs National League Championship Series and World Series, along with growing success of franchise news shows Central Fox and La Última Palabra, which continue to set viewership records.We are very pleased with our audience in October and look forward to continued success this month through the end of the year. The networks single biggest day part increase since 2011 came during late night (+26%). Fox Deportes event programming in October was highlighted by postseason baseball, specifically the NLCS between the San Francisco Giants and St. Louis Cardinals and World Series which featured the Giants and Detroit Tigers. Compared to Fox Deportes coverage of the ALCS in 2011, this seasons NLCS audience was +15% in HHs, +45% Adults 18-49 and +47% among Men 18-49. Fox Deportes audience for this years four-game World Series sweep by the Giants was +21% HHs versus the first four games of the 2011 World Series between the St. Louis Cardinals and Texas Rangers which went seven games and +18% among Men 18-49.
