Rafael Sigler, Mexican actor, comedian and producer, represented by Uno Productions, launched his program {Sabroseando;www.produ.com/television/videos/index.html?noti=9617} with his production company, Fortuna Films.”We already made the first pilot as an independent production and are now seeking distribution. We have made offers to several networks in the US and Mexico and a couple of them are interested. We also want to explore the Internet and the OTT, Sigler told PRODU.The program is designed to last half an hour, with 13 to 20 episodes per season, but this may vary according to the client´s needs and it will be made in English as well as in Spanish. The aim is for it to transcend borders and be aired to English speaking audiences, he added.”The way we Latins see cooking and the respect we have for food is entirely different from other´s. We have a lot to offer, because we have a completely different way of seeing life, he explained.He added that people reveal their heart, their lives, and their culture, in the kitchen. We are looking for the human being behind every great cook. We interview the chef, but also the person who makes tacos out in the street, explained Sigler, who added that he is not an expert, he just likes food.Sabroseando is Fortuna Film´s first program. Rafael Sigler, aside from being the host of the program, is the executive producer, and his brother, Jorge Sigler is the director.
