After their expansion in Latin America at the beginning of this year, Babyfirst is broadening its reach in Mexico to millions of homes, through a new agreement amplified with Sky Mexico.

Starting this month, the linear channel Babyfirst will be available as part of Sky Mexico´s SkyHD Gold plan. Babyfirst´s film library includes more than 90 original programs and characters who educate and stimulate babies between the ages of zero and three.

Favorite programs from Babyfirst such as Harry el Conejito, Vocabularry-o and Pandilla de Colores will be presented on channel 335 on Sky Mexico´s SkyHD Gold and FUN plans. Babyfirst is also aired on Sky Central America and the Caribbean, as well as on Totalplay nationwide in Mexico.

“Latin America is a key territory for us and we are barely starting,” said Said Schwarz, general director of First Media Americas. “Our characters and programs are already beloved by millions of families around the world and it is our mission to produce content that is fun and educating for their children. This year, honoring that mission, we will be broadening efforts to take the Babyfirst programming to new distributors and platforms in Latin America and around the world”.

The content of Babyfirst already reaches 60 millones of homes in the US and more than 110 million viewers on their own broadcsting channels, pay TV operators, and over-the-top distributors. Babyfirst caters mainly to women 18-49 and is available in 13 languages and 33 countries.
