FilMiami: Still no guidelines to returning to production

Sandy Lighterman, Miami-Dade County Film and Entertainment Commissioner (FilMiami) mentioned they are working on adequate safety protocols for all companies to go back to work in the county, including the film and entertainment sector.

She explained that the County Mayor, Carlos Giménez, hasn´t announced the business roll-out, but that in a week there could be new information in this regard.

Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all the film and photo permits issued by the Miami-Dade Office of Film and Entertainment for all the properties of the Miami-Dade County, roads, including the Miami International, Transit and PortMiami and non-incorporated areas are suspended until further notice.
