EstrellaTV to debut Caracol’s Crazy About You in the U.S.

EstrellaTV will be premiering Caracol International’s drama series Loquito Por Ti (Crazy About You) on April 22, 2019. Loquito Por Ti will air Monday through Friday 7pm/6pm C.

The 80-episode dramedy series is based on the real-life story of Colombian tropical music recording artists Rodolfo Aicardi and Gustavo “El Loko” Quintero and features actors Mariana Gómez, Variel Sánchez, and Sebastián Carvajal.

Set in the 1960s, Loquito Por Ti is the story of Camilo and Juancho, two best friends who dream of becoming famous musicians during the boom of Colombian salsa music of that time. On their way to success, they meet Daniela, an upper-class woman who also shares their love of music. Things get complicated when they both fall in love with Daniela, unfolding a timeless drama of two best friends joined by music but separated by a tangled love triangle.
