After several months of work, TBN Networks announced the launch of its Spanish-language youth-oriented inspirational channel Enlace Juvenil.“Enlace Juvenil premieres in the U.S. in great fashion with Grupo Hispanavision in Yakima, Washington, on channel 39.4. They have several TV channels and are broadcasting to over 150-thousand people through its open-air digital signal,” said to PRODU César Español, Marketing and Public Relations Director of TBN Enlace USA.The next market to include Enlace Juvenil over open air will be Las Vegas and Tampa, and the company is also negotiating distribution with a couple of cable operators.On other good news, Enlace already has audience metrics supplied by Rentrak. Based on these ratings, the channel has implemented programming changes, adding seven new music shows of different genres.Additionally, Enlace is featuring four yearly programming specials. “We are incorporating complete weeks of 30 to 40 hours of programming weekly. We have produced telenovela-like specials under the name Tienen que saber, which have yielded excellent ratings,” added Español.Both Enlace and Enlace Juvenil have joined the social networks. Enlace has a Facebook page with 500 thousand followers and Enlace Juvenil has one with 400 thousand.
