Endemol’s Cris Abrego to headline NATPE panel

Endemol Shine North America CEO and Endemol Shine Americas Chairman Cris Abrego will join actress and producer Kate Del Castillo to discuss the rush for high-quality content in both North America and Latin America at the upcoming NATPE Miami Marketplace + Conference.

Abrego and Del Castillo will be the featured speakers on a keynote panel on Wednesday, January 22 at NATPE. Del Castillo, the star of such hits as La Reina del Sur, Ingobernable and co-starring alongside Will Smith in the upcoming film Bad Boys for Life, recently signed an overall development and production deal for her Cholawood Productions with Endemol Shine Boomdog, a division of Endemol Shine North America. Abrego and Del Castillo will talk about the need for new and diverse voices in the fast-growing industry.

NATPE, the one-stop-shop for the global commerce of content, is slated to welcome attendees from every corner of the globe. As the ultimate resource for international content executives, the conference tracks include the Station Group Summit, Streaming Plus, Brands x Content, International Focus, Content Innovation, and Unscripted. Additional programming and executive attendees will be announced in the coming weeks. NATPE Miami scheduled for January 21-23, 2020 at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami, Florida.
