Endemol Shine Latino: We are looking for windows for the bioseries To Selena with Love

Endemol Shine Latino announced the production of a bioseries on the life of the singer Selena, based on the book To Selena with Love by Chris Pérez, ex husband of the late performer who died in 1995. The series will be shot in Texas and they are already looking for a TV window to broadcast this content.

“We are adapting a series on the singer’s life, that will be available in English and Spanish, that will cover their dating times and the love she and her husband shared. He is the author of the book To Selena with Love, that the story is based on,” mentioned Flavio Morales, Executive VP of Initiatives for the US.

Morales said the release date depends on the network that airs it; however, he mentioned that the production is planned to start in 2017.

Finally, he explained that this content is part of the wave of bioseries that have recently been included in TV grids, as a result of the audience’s demand for different contents focused on music.
