Deportes Telemundo launches its own mobile app for live events

The newly unveiled studio of Deportes Telemundo at the networks Hialeah headquarters was created to increase the current offer, as is the case of Titulares y Más.In a not-too-distant future, we would like to be able to offer more shows per week. Were also producing with mun2 and NBC the Barclays Premiere League. Well be doing over 70 matches, most of which will air on mun2, as well as other spaces like the Olympic Games, said to PRODU Eli Velázquez, VP of Deportes Telemundo.Velázquez also underscored the joint effort with NBC Sports to launch a mobile app that will feature live matches of the Barclays Premiere League. The plan is to start with the games of this league on the Deportes Telemundo En Vivo app. This will be launched parallel to NBC Sports, which will have the English-language version (NBC Sports Live Extra), and now were part of the project.The executive emphasized this marks an important milestone in the digital area for Deportes Telemundo, which now counts with the help and resources of NBCSports.com and vice versa.
