Benítez: The show will be open to all sponsors
Tony Benítez began in his native Cuba dipping his toes into various Circus-related activities, but he always had acting and theater in mind. Through the different paths of his life, Benítez ended up in comedy. As of Monday, Dec. 3 at 7pm, Benitez heads the new venture for Gentvs primetime slot in Miami with El Show con Tony Benitez. “The show has the same parameters of any late-night show, though with an earlier schedule, beginning at 7pm, but we include stuff a bit more me like ballet, circus and theater. Were going to be doing things in Broadway style there will be a lot of physical movement, and visual acts, and segments where well involve the audience a lot. Its going to be a program open to the community, Benítez commented to PRODU from the studios of Gentv in Doral, Miami, where the show is produced. He indicated the program has kept sponsors in mind. The show will be open to all sponsors, and thats why weve made it in a totally open format. Our audience is young adults, at the age of consumers and also for aggressive marketing from the point of view of the investors. This is the audience that has followed us through our career.
