CNN Latino, the Spanish-language programming block made for the Hispanic market in the United States, will launch this Monday, August 19 in Miami, it was announced by Cynthia Hudson, senior vice president and general manager of CNN en Español and Hispanic Strategy for CNN/U.S. With the addition of Miami to its existing presence in Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, Tampa, Phoenix and Salt Lake City, CNN Latino programming will now be available in markets that represent more than one third of U.S Hispanic homes since its launch in January 2013.CNN Latino’s broad spectrum of programming covering news, lifestyle, documentary, talk and debate represents an alternative to traditional Hispanic networks. Starting this coming Monday, it will be available in broadcast television on WDFL-Channel 12 in Miami from 3-11 PM (ET). It can also be seen on Comcast Channel 18, on AT&T U-Verse Channel 20, and on Atlantic Broadband Channel 82. Some of the shows in CNN Latinos programming block are: Archivo CNN presented by María Regina Bustamante (Monday-Friday, 4pm), Cala with Ismael Cala (Monday-Friday, 9pm); Choque de Opiniones with Juan Carlos López (Sunday at 6pm); Clix presented by Guillermo Arduino (Saturday at 7pm); CNN Vida with María Alejandra Requena (Monday-Friday, 3pm); Conclusiones with Fernando del Rincón (Monday-Friday, 10pm); Contrastes con Camilo Egaña (Monday-Friday, 7pm) and María Elvira hosted by María Elvira Salazar (Monday-Friday, 8pm).
