CNN en Español premieres news program Realidades en Contexto with Mercedes Soler

CNN en Español will launch Realidades en Contexto, a new week-day news program anchored by Mercedes Soler, on December 9.The show will air Monday – Friday at 12pm. Realidades en Contexto will delve deeper into global events with expert guests and analysts who will seek to explain how news events impact the day-to-day lives of our society, our communities and our families. Realidades en Contexto will also include daily contributions from anchor Lucía Navarro, during the En Actualidad segment, with a review of the news headlines of the hour; and María Alejandra Requena with the Detalles segment, detailing the hot topics of the day, lifestyle and fashion trends, and the latest in the world of entertainment and the royals.
