The interior of the museum was transformed into a three-dimensional world that allowed children to interact with CBeebies characters

CBeebies and DishLATINO organized CBeebies: Learning Through Play, with special guests from the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation, a South Florida organization known worldwide for excellence in pediatric medicine. The December 1 event at Miami Children’s Museum was made possible through the commercial relationship between BBC Worldwide Channels’ prestigious preschool channel and DishLATINO, which airs CBeebies content for the US Hispanic audience exclusively in Spanish on Channel 848. The two companies joined forces to give the day’s special guests and the general public an opportunity to learn more about the channel and the benefits it offers young audiences.“CBeebies has an educational purpose we pursue by establishing relationships with local organizations that share our values and contribute to early childhood development. Having a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community is part of the BBC’s mission, and partnering with organizations with the prestige and reach of DishLATINO contributes significantly to the effectiveness of our initiatives to promote children’s well being and education,” explained Guillermo Sierra, senior vice president and general manager of BBC Worldwide Channels for the US Hispanic market. “We are excited to work alongside CBeebies and other organizations whose visions align with ours. DishLATINO actively seeks to cater to families by providing access to entertainment and educational content in English and Spanish,” added Alfredo Rodríguez, VP of Marketing at DishLATINO.
