Caracol: We are writing the last 10 episodes of Bolívar, Una Lucha Admirable

Juana Uribe is VP of Caracol and writer of Bolívar, Una Lucha Admirable, the company’s next great bet. “They are 60 very exciting episodes. We are currently writing the last 10. It tells the life of Bolivar since he was 9 years old until his death.”
One of the biggest challenges this production has faced has been the research. Uribe informed that the process of plunging in depth into the life of Simon Bolivar and having historical rigor in order to develop the plot of the production took them over a year.
The executive and writer hopes this is the first of many historical series. “It is necessary to learn to tell our story, that young people approach it and for us to understand what we have in common and what makes us different.”
