El Sabor de Vallarta (12x30’)
Nacho Cadena, the famous restaurant owner in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, who is also a dedicated columnist, poet by day and a radio program host, is preparing for another season of his own cooking series, El Sabor de Vallarta (12×30’) to premiere on Canal 22 Mexico’s international signal.
Airing every Tuesday and Thursday at noon/PST-3pm EST, El Sabor de Vallarta features the cooking techniques and gastronomic adventures as well as techniques of Chef Nacho, who has dedicated himself to creating outstanding menus in the region. This has given way for Chef Nacho (with his sons) to open such successful and well-regarded restaurants in the region as La Petite France and La Leche.
The new season of El Sabor de Vallarta will continue to explore how the opportunity to be close to the sea inspires Chef Nacho and how it taught him the importance of preparing fresh seafood and share the wonder of ocean flavors.
During the 12 episodes of El Sabor de Vallarta, each half-hour presents not only food recipes but chef Nacho also chats about touristic places and all the activities that can be enjoyed along the Jalisco coast.
