Canal 22 Internacional airs the best of Mexican classic cinema

Canal 22 Internacional is airing a series of classic Mexican films through its Butaca 22, spotlighting the actors, actresses, directors and films that have celebrated the brave revolutionaries of Mexico’s history.The month kicks off with Revolucionarias, airing on Nov. 8 at midnight and again Nov. 15. The film, directed by Ana Cruz Navarro, stars Silvia Navarro, Paola Nuñez, Maya Zapata and Isabel Aerenlund as the passionate but unknown heroes of the 1910 revolution.Also, from Monday, Nov. 19 through Friday, Nov. 23, at 11pm, Canal 22 Internacional will present a special collection of films commemorating the 102nd anniversary of the Mexican Revolution with Ciclo: por los Caminos de la Revolucion.Other programming for the month includes a spotlight on actor Joaquin Pardave, Las hijas de Don Laureano and more.
