Azteca: With Escape Perfecto we want to turn into a production hub for LatAm and US Hispanic

Azteca continues its bet for the entertainment bar at 7pm for its channel Trece, and in 2015 prepares new joint productions; aside from consolidating itself as production hub for other markets in Latin America and US Hispanic, beginning with formats like Escape Perfecto, in a joint production with Sony and Teleset, which is currently broadcast in Mexico and that started being shot for its version in Colombia through RCN.”It is not only to purchase the rights to produce and broadcast a format in our territory. We also do it for other countries. Escape Perfecto, which we produce jointly with Sony and Teleset, will also be made for Colombia with RCN, with Colombian talent that will travel to Mexico. Aside from this one, we are about to close alliances with other countries and thus present ourselves as a good producing company. It is a tendency we want to adopt for some of our other products, because we want to be a hub for other markets” Alejandro Chávez, Programming director of Azteca, explained to PRODU.The director added that during 2015 this bar would have six formats, with 40 episodes each,”we began the year with Escape Perfecto, after will come Baila si puedes, produced by Azteca Entretenimiento under the leadership of Roberto Romagnoli, then will come the second season of Soy tu Doble, in August we will start with a contest format in a joint production with Shine under the name No Pierdas el Billete, and to end the year we will have a new season of Mexico tiene talento with Fremantle.”
