Cristina Palacio, CEO and founder of Alibi Films, announced the acquisition of the rights to El Ruido de las Cosas al Caer (The Noise of Things Falling) by Juan Gabriel Vásquez. “For me the best author in Colombia and who is going to write the adaptation of Roberto Bentivegna, who wrote House of Gucci. We’re writing the script” for what will be Alibi’s second film.
Regarding the subject of non-scripted, for which the company is known, she said that “there are a lot of formats” and they are also buying books.
