The finale of Abismo de Pasión was the fourth most-watched program on all of broadcast television
Univision Communications Inc. announced that Monday nights grand finale of the hit novela Abismo de Pasión (Abyss of Passion) reached 7.7 million viewers who tuned in to all or part of the two-hour broadcast. Additionally, the novela finale was the highest-rated telecast in its full-run, delivering an average audience of 5.5 million Total Viewers 2+, 3 million Adults 18-49 and 1.5 million Adults 18-34. Abismo de Pasión positioned Univision as the No. 2 broadcast network, outperforming ABC, CBS, FOX and the CW, among Adults 18-34 during the two-hour airing and for the entire night. Among Adults 18-49, the novela finale positioned Univision as the No. 3 broadcast network, beating ABC, Fox and the CW, during the time period. Airing on Monday, November 5 from 8pm to 10pm, the finale of Abismo de Pasión was the fourth most-watched program on all of broadcast television and out-delivered the entire line-ups on ABC (Dancing With The Stars: All Stars and Castle), Fox (Bones and The Mob Doctor) and the CW (90210 and Gossip Girl) and the first-run episodes of CBS Partners, Mike & Molly and Hawaii Five-0 and NBCs Revolution among Adults 18-34.
