A package of Mexican films and the B2B platform for purchase of TV programs, VideoGlobal, are two of the offers that 7A Media brings to the Latin American market, is what César Díaz, CEO of the company assured in an interview with PRODU, after mentioning that these new platforms have generated more competition in which the quality and creativity of products is what will prevail.”New platforms such as OTT, VOD, IPTV are forcing us to be more creative because we must define and know who our audience is and the tools to reach it. It also has to do with how to monetize it, but technology has taken us to a field where there is equality for all, no matter if you are a corporate group or an independent professional, the most important thing is to be creative and know how to reach the audience. This has generated great competition” he mentioned.Díaz added that as a company “we have a catalogue of 15 Mexican films that were produced specifically for Cinelatino, which, as is still the first window but we are selling them throughout Latin America, the USA and the internal market in Mexico”.He ended by saying that another priority is to position the B2B VideoGlobal platform for TV professionals, aimed at TV stations and small and medium cable operators that require content but do not have big budgets: “It is a direct web content sale and purchase platform, where there is access to a catalogue of series, telenovelas, documentaries, films and free content”.
