360 Powwow: With Kally’s mashup we have reached a level never seen before in the music genre in the region

Daniel Gutman, CEO of 360 Powwow, commented that for several years they have been working on the series Kally’s Mashup (60×60’), which started shooting at the end of August at Telefe studios and will be launched during the last quarter of the year on Nickelodeon.

It is a co-production between Nickelodeon and Telefe, together with the music producer of Glee, Adam Anders, and 360 Powwow. He highlighted that they managed to combine a great young and adult cast, coming from different countries.

“We have an amazing star couple made up of the Argentinean Maia Reficco in the role of Kally, that is going to be a revelation, and Alex Hoyer as Dante, who is a great artist and supervising creative aspects is Anders. All this has generated a product with a level never seen before in this genre, and it is a great bet, both for Latin America and for the rest of the world” he added.

The entire production is shot in high definition and 4K, with a technical crew provided by Telefe.

According to Gutman, Kally´s Mashup is a powerful story with an unprecedented musical level.

For her part, Tatiana Rodríguez, VP of Nickelodeon Group Americas, commented that the project seems excellent to them since they hadn’t made any musical programs in a long time.

“We find it marvelous, mainly because of the classical music and for taking this genre that is so distant from them, but is extremely important,” he said.

The program will have a digital development that will include games, the creation of music and musical instruments, among other things.
