Verizon will be honored with the 2015 Award for Leadership in Hispanic TV at the 13th Annual Hispanic Television Summit, set for October 22nd at the Park Central Hotel in New York City. The annual award, presented by Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News, recognizes the company for its significant and on-going commitment to the business of television for Hispanic audiences. This year, for the first time, the Hispanic TV Summit is one of the signature events that make up New York City Television Week, which also includes The Next TV Summit & Expo, The Content Show, Advanced Advertising and the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame.”Since its launch in 2000, Verizon has responded to the needs of the Hispanic community by delivering customized content and packages across its video, voice, mobile and internet platforms.
