Aguilera: Debemos ir ganando más terreno con trabajo muy bien hecho
The Director of Shooters Films, Roberto Aguilera, was one of the makers of the third season of Club de Cuervos. He shared that this has been one of the best and most amusing experiences in his career. He thanked Gary Alazraki and Moisés Chiver for the invitation to direct the second unit during the third season of the series.“The actors of the series are first-rate, Lios, Gerardo, Mariana, Melissa and even the extras put their greatest efforts into this. I loved the experience, the series is very nice. Gary gave me the opportunity to propose and direct my sequences in a free way, improvisation is also a very important part, scripts sometimes arrive hot from the oven in the morning, so you have to get ready right there on the spot, it is necessary to have lots of experience” he said. “I love soccer very much, I played it a lot, so I liked to shoot soccer and make it seem more like a documentary.”Adidas had an important alliance with the series. Aguilera pointed out that “brands get involved very rapidly in series and try to make the most of the inertia. I think it works well when it is adapted and not as a whim or out of force. Brands in series aren’t stars like they are in advertising, they are a step back and relax a bit more.”He is currently developing, together with Daniel Whisberg, a series on women who seek love, focused on the story of three friends who aren’t doing well with men. “They are going to love it, we touch topics that have never been touched before, a lot of taboos, acceptance, and topics on love and relations. I estimate the series will be ready in March.”
