The Cisneros Group of Companies announced the creation of the largest mobile advertising network for the Americas through a merger of its RedMas mobile business with Adsmovil. The recently formed company, which retains the Adsmovil name, will benefit from a management team headed by Alberto Pardo as CEO and RedMas CEO Jorge Rincon as its chief operations officer.”We started RedMas focusing on the U.S. Hispanic market for online and mobile advertising.
