Balaguer and “La Toti” Vergara create nuevomall.com to commercialize social media and they name Univison’s Nick Valls as president of Sales

Luis Balaguer and his partner Sofía Vergara, nicknamed “La Toti”, have added a new business to their already successful company LatinWe, Latin World Entertainment. The new venture is called nuevomall.com, and it monetizes social media for artists. The first move of the new company was to take Nick Valls of Univision and name him president of Sales. Valls spent 26 years as executive VP of Sales. Nuevomall.com will officially launch during the Grammys. The new company will sponsor the gala event.
