Miembros del plan de pasantías de Zubi
Zubi Advertising offers an internship plan for students each summer. The plan is eight weeks long and is a group experience. The goal is to help creative youths with their preparation in the advertising field and with everything that goes on in an agency, which sometimes seems to have very little relation with the job. The group that took part in 2016 published a statement with advice for the next teams.“Remember that ‘interns’ is plural -In a group of 6, no one has a monopoly on good ideas. Being a successful group of interns means realizing that sometimes you need to compromise with your fellow interns. Your campaigns will be better for it” they recommend.Another tip is to understand that it is ok to mess up. “Corrections were necessary steps towards improvement. Failure is just a way to take the next steps forward.”For the Zubi interns team it is important to play at work. “There were days that kept us at the office far past midnight, scrambling to finish a project. On those nights, what we needed more than anything else was to take a break from actually doing work to mess around” they expressed.“Appreciate advice. Almost everyone we interacted with had something to say about our project. It could have been a frustrating experience, but we decided early on to take any advice happily from people who cared enough to share it, and our project was better for it” they said to end.
