CafeMom launched Vivala.com, the first web platform fed by users’ participation, in which true stories, videos and images that represent unique voices of millennial Latinas stand out.”We trust our capability to increase our audience proportionally, with highly participative and shareable content, and bring our partners personalized solutions that resonate with young Latinas” said Michael Sánchez, President and co-founder of CafeMom. Vivala is led by Zuania Capó, Editor-in-Chief, who contributes years of experience in leadership functions as editor of People en Español and Siempre Mujer. “Vivala is redefining the content that is shared by Hispanics and that is culturally relevant for them” explained Capó. “Our Latinas are intelligent, bold and real. We want to provide a platform that highlights their voices, in which they can find stories that are interesting for them. We feel there was a void in intelligent editorial offers that really spoke to this audience”.In its first month after being launched, Vivala reached more than 300 thousand visits, with content that deserved being shared on social networks. It was mainly designed for mobile devices and for activation among its audience, which comprises more than 20 thousand followers.
