Just 17% of the technology workforce are women, which is why Lions Innovation invited Sarah Wook, COO at Unruly, to discuss how companies in the technology sector can support women in their workplaces and hire more feminine talent to close the gender gap that exists in this space. They will also have eight guests from the industry, who will discuss their experience on the stage of Lions Innovation. Helen Papagiannis, expert in augmented reality, will give a lecture during the event. She is internationally renown for her work in the development, design and research in this technology. Sandra Soskic, CO-CEO at DDB & Tribal Worldwide, will be another of the speakers invited to talk about her job as a technological innovator with important accounts such as Tom Tom, Heineken, Adidas, and P&G.The Executive Director, Product and Innovation at Huge, Sophie Kleber, will also take part in the Lions Innovation sessions. She leads projects for Comcast, SwissCom, IKEA, Under Armour and Nutrisystem. In all of them she stamps her passion for design and content.
