Red Lobster announced the launch of its first campaign targeting Hispanic customers and in which it showcases the restaurants complete menu. The New York-based agency was charged with adapting the current Real People campaign with its slogan Sea food differently.Seeing that the U.S. Hispanic population has a growth-rate four times greater than the general population, the purpose of the campaign is to make the brand mean more to those important clients by reaching them in a more significant, more powerful way, said Stewart Marquina, marketing director for Red Lobster.The campaign is obviously in close touch with Hispanic culture with its slogan “Disfruta un mar de sabores” (Enjoy a sea of flavors) and featuring one Ariana Paz, a waitress at the Red Lobster in Gainesville, Florida.During the spot, the waitress doesnt need or use a script to share her genuine passion for the food and fun of the restaurant while serving a family with dishes they love.
