Edible six-pack rings de We Believers se llevó un oro y dos plata en los CLIO 2016
The Hispanic agency won six awards for its Edible Six Pack Rings campaign for Saltwater Brewery at 2017 Andy Awards and at D&AD Professional Awards 2017. The team headed by Gustavo Lauría and Marco Vega received two gold in the Environmental Design and Beverage – Alcohol categories at the 2017 Andy Awards. This campaign also won four Wood Pencils at this year D&AD Professional Awards in the categories: Packaging Design / Sustainable Packaging Design; Packaging Design / Innovative Packaging Design, Creativity for Good / Advertising & Marketing Communications/Brand, and PR / In-Market Campaign. The Edible Six Pack Rings campaign made also shortlist at the One Show in the Design and Direct Marketing categories. This award ceremony will take place on Monday, May 8th. The campaign consists in developing edible packages to substitute the plastic six-packs, harmful for ocean life. The goal of this innovative six-pack is to save thousands of marine lives from poisoning and choking, in this way getting closer to their beer target: surfers, fishermen and ocean lovers.
