Dig Diversity Inclusion Gender

Walton Isaacson has won the ThinkLA DIG (Diversity, Inclusion, Gender) Award presented by THINKLA at this year’s 11th Annual  IDEA Awards gala. Held virtually this year, the show celebrates the best of Los Angeles/Southern California’s campaigns, companies, and individuals. The DIG Award goes to the company that best demonstrates and celebrates their commitment to diversity across race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, ability and other differentiators across all levels of the organization. Other finalists this year included iHeart Media, MediaCom and Honeybee Health. “We are diverse by design not by default. Equitable and inclusive because you cannot be one without the other. We have captured past honors at THINK LA’s IDEA Awards but are particularly inspired by the DIG Award which celebrates all of our team, our clients, and our suppliers. And looking forward, we are inspired to dig even deeper for systemic industry change” said CEO Aaron Walton
