Verizon Wireless recently opened its first Destination Store at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, a new shopping experience that helps customers discover all the brands mobile technology can do to enhance their mobile lifestyles.The new store features Interactive Lifestyle Zones where customers can talk to specialists and try out the cutting-edge technology of the brands mobile devices, apps and equipment that run on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network, and which have been designed to enrich their mobile lives.The Destination Store is just part of a much wider-ranging project that includes the remodeling of more than 1,700 Verizon Wireless stores around the country. The recently remodeled establishments called Smart Stores have the same Verizon Wireless Mobile Lifestyle Zones as the Destination Store but on a smaller scale.Verizon Wireless has also introduced new sales methods that make the experience of shopping for mobile devices and services much simpler, more convenient and more customized. The brands new online store is available in Spanish and uses an innovative search engine that recommends products that is likely to be of interest based on the shoppers previous purchases. The company is also integrating its system to offer customers a unified experience, whether they buy online, in stores or through the telephonic sales service.
