Univision Mobile, an innovative and new wireless service created by Univision Communications and US T-Mobile, for Hispanic consumers, was launched in Walmart stores and independent retailers of the country, including Puerto Rico.The popular morning program Despierta América of Univision covered the live launch last May, 19th, from Walmart in Doral, Florida; where their popular weather hostess Ximena Cordoba greeted clients and explained the plans of the new mobile service, generally.With service offered by T-Mobile, this new initiative focuses on Hispanic consumers and offers economic plans without annual contract up to US$30, with unlimited calls and SMS nationally and 100 free minutes to chosen Latin American countries. The characteristics include a Univision Mobile portal with direct access to Univision’s content and apps, as well as ringtones, wallpapers, previews of programs, VIP opportunities to events.For detailed information about Univision Mobile’s service plans and prices, you can visit a Walmart store or one of the 6,000 independent retailers available in the United States.
