Nielsen recently announced the Nielsen Automotive Advertising Awards 8th edition winners, where Ford was the Hispanic announcer of the year for its campaign deployed by Zubi Advertising: Si todo fuera como un Ford (If everything was like a Ford).The winners’ selection was based on the effectiveness poll results for Nielsen’s national TV commercials, where the following is considered: the capacity to remember the commercials, the association with the correct brand, the capacity to remember why the message was sent and brand sympathy. As a result of the campaign deployed by Zubi Advertising, Si todo fuera como un Ford, the automotive company has been awarded with the 2014 Nielsen Spanish TV Advertiser of the Year, because of the outstanding results attracting more Latinos towards the brand. “This prize honors Ford’s deep knowledge of the Latino consumer, as a result of years of dedication and hard work with the Latino community” Dave Rodriguez said, Multicultural Marketing Manager of Ford Motor Company.On his behalf, Ivan Calle, Creative Executive Head of Zubi Advertising commented to PRODU: “I am very proud of this team’s effort, for being awarded by Nielsen nationally, for being effective with our message for a brand like Ford. It is an outstanding achievement. Many times, we focus on being very creative, but to be recognized for achieving your business goals to benefit your brand, is the aim of every ad and the reason of marketing.
