Ted Rubin, CMO at Brand Innovators and Co-Founder of Prevailing Path, presented during the week of Hispanicize 2017 the keys for making relevant content on social networks. “The most important thing is to be yourself, to talk about what you are interested in” he commented. “If something interests you, you tend to talk about it passionately, from the heart, and you do it all the time.”He assured that the Total Market strategy responds to a general trend in the marketing industry in which many silos are disappearing. “What makes the Hispanic community so special is that they are above average in terms of social and mobile. Therefore, talking to them that way is not only easy but extremely important. And especially the way they are growing as a segment of the U.S. population, but, is it necessary to have a separate agency for this? The problem with this is that we want to go back to being separated in silos. I think there must be people paying special attention to this and possibly making special campaigns or initiatives, but they must all be one same thing.”According to Rubin, this is the age of influence, in which anyone can build a brand. “Each day, each one of us has the opportunity to do something new and different without needing to have a huge budget like before. Don’t waste that opportunity. Build your brand, tell your story in a way people care.”
