Teads Latin America Names Four Women in Key Positions in the Region

Teads, the global media platform, reports the hiring of María Beatriz Blanco, Laura Tabares, Clementina Briceño, and Cecilia García Gutiérrez.  With these new additions, the company is reinforcing their commitment to diversity and women in leadership in Latin America. Teads, the media platform that unites the best publishers in the world distributing ads to more than 1.5 billion people per month in high-quality professional editorial content, decided to incorporate these professionals – whose experience precedes them – in positions of leadership: María Beatriz Blanco, Vice President of Marketing for Latam. The background of this Venezuelan includes more than 20 years leading marketing and media initiatives throughout the region, for McCann, Leo Burnett, and Fox Networks Group, first in her home country and then in the United States based in Miami. This has given her all the experience needed to continue developing and implementing B2B campaigns and strategies focused on innovation. She joins Teads with the aim of providing creative and innovative marketing strategies as well as identifying new opportunities that will help build strong relationships, with a focus on expanding the business in the region. Laura Tabares, Marketing Manager in Mexico. Laura joins Teads with more than 20 years of experience in important companies – like UPS, American Express, Microsoft and Informa Markets. As the new leader for marketing and communications in Mexico, her main objective is to create relevant connections with local clients while strengthening Teads’ positioning in Mexico. Clementina Briceño, Data Business Lead, Latam. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, and years of previous experience in international companies such as Airbnb and Oracle, she joins the company with the mission to continue growing the business. Her role at the forefront of this position is to connect customers with Teads’ innovative data offer, while supporting Latam sales team with data proposals for digital marketing campaigns. Cecilia García, Sales Director for Peru, completes the set of four women that Teads has just welcomed. Her extensive experience in Sales in companies such as GroupM-WPP, ComScore, Terra, and Fox Networks Group, among others, have placed her in the spotlight as one of the best in her area. Cecilia arrives with a concrete mission: to help agencies and advertisers meet their communication objectives, while also achieving a 100% adoption of Teads technology in media agencies in Peru. Teads’ incorporation of these four professionals with such knowledge and experience is of great importance. In this regard, the Senior Vice President for Latin America, Eric Tourtel, commented that “these new hires are undeniable proof that our business continues to grow in the region and that, as a progressive company, we continue to expand our culture of inclusion and our commitment to gender equality.
