The Cartagena Inspira congress included the important participation of executives that oriented their talks towards the importance of diversity in order to be successful in communications and in the advertising industry in general.One of the most acclaimed was Tamara Ingram, Global CEO oat JWT, who delivered the speech Inspiring Change.“The role of woman has changed so much in the last few years that many of them have decided to live their lives without having any children” highlighted the Executive, who, additionally reviewed how women can be approached in advertising, valuing her from her leadership, innovation and inspiration abilities.“Women want to be valued for their constructions and contribution to the community. Diversity has the power of transforming economies, it can become an invaluable tool for companies that can build highly positive results” she emphasized. She added that for any industry it is very important to encourage competitiveness, boost talents and always seek new abilities. “If we have diverse people in our companies, our business will certainly grow, thanks to new visions, concepts and opinions.”
