According to the organization, 90% of brands say that they are currently trying to adopt an employee advocacy program or get their employees to become the ambassadors of their brands. According to SocialReacher, if you take into account that 72% of users search for their social network contacts recommendations to buy goods and services, the efficiency of using employees’ social connections to boost brand awareness and commitment is reasonably high. Additionally, employees have 10 times more connections than the brand and 92% of their followers on Twitter are new to the company.
