It was then that during the event held at the University of Phoenix Stadium that night, the Super Bowl winning piece of the advertising industry was aired.As part of a new competition of the group, nicknamed The creative bowl, Super Clio Award determined the best commercial aired during the broadcast of the match. In this first year, Snickers won the inaugural award with a nostalgic and funny commercial based on The Brady Bunch show starring Danny Trejo and Steve Buscemi; also part of the campaign Hungry? the same brand ended up being a success for about five years.”For those who are in business, the Super Bowl is our holiday, our time to shine,” Rob Reilly said, president of McCann World Global Creative Group and head of the jury this year. “Yes, we are a competitive business, but this is where we are a community.”Following Snickers, other brands had a big impact with their campaigns, including Rexona with the #LikeAGirl piece, created by Grey Advertising in New York; and the little-known company, Loctite Glue, who did an impressive debut at the event, created by Fallon Minneapolis.
