According to a new study by Software Advice, a division of Gartner, almost all of the small companies in the US (98%) are purchasing for the first time software for marketing automation.The survey discovered that 47% of small enterprises continue handling their marketing activities with manual methods. The remaining 17% uses specific software for each industry, 15% uses CRM, 8% uses email marketing software, and only 2% have a marketing automation software.The main reasons small companies give for changing to marketing automation are: 27% wishes to improve the operation, 15% is not satisfied with the current system, 13% needs better or more benefits from their software and 10% due to the company´s growthMost businesses are looking for systems to improve the handling of contacts, email marketing, and campaign and internal operations follow-up. The industries that are entering the world of marketing automation with more force are: real estate (37%), consultancy (11%), manufacturing (5%), sales (4%), insurance (4%) and software development (3%).Through Look Book companies can find partners to automatize their marketing processes.
