Sensis has joined the city of LA in its fight to end teen vaping. The LA City attorney, Mike Feuer’s office has hired Sensis to develop a fully integrated anti-vaping ad campaign, which will include cinema, out-of-home, digital, and events. The campaign will target middle-class high school sophomores in an LA, with a special focus on LGBTQ teens. “Vaping by kids is a skyrocketing national health issue” said Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer. “Make no mistake: Vaping is dangerous for kids. And no kid should be lured into vaping by a company that elevates profit over public health.” This is Sensis’s second campaign aimed at curbing tobacco use. Our award-winning “Smokeless Doesn’t Mean Harmless” campaign for the FDA Center for Tobacco Products was successful in decreasing the use of dip, snuff and chewing tobacco among young, rural males.
