Villa: Texas es un estado ejemplar de minorías mayoritarias que lo convierte en tierra fértil para nuestra aproximación multicultural

The multicultural agency Sensis opened a new office in Austin on March 2nd, after merging with K. Fernandez Marketing from San Antonio. Karla Fernandez Parker is the general director of Sensis Texas.”Texas is an model state with significant minorities which turns it into fertile soil for our multicultural approach”, declared José Villa, founder and president of Sensis. “Austin is an intersection of creativity and technology, which allows us to serve our clients in ways that are different from the ones they know. Add that to Karla’s expertise in branding and market penetration and you will see that we are fascinated by the potential Texas has for us”.The Austin office, located in a technological corridor, is the fourth office of the agency based in Los Angeles. Sensis also has presence in Washington D.C. and in Atlanta to capitalize on the growth of the Hispanic market in Southwest US.Fernández Parker is a veteran in the market, specialized in the Hispanic audience. She founded K. Fernandez Marketing more than 18 years ago. Her career includes works with clients such as Procter & Gamble, Wells Fargo, McCormick & Company, Bank of America, M&M/Mars y UnitedHealthcare.Sensis in the last 17 years, went from being a company that built websites to a strategic marketing firm that uses communication’s digital power to reach a multicultural world. In Texas the possibility of exponential growth is opening up with a continuous entrance of immigrants that are adapting to their new environment, and remaining in touch with their countries of origin.
