Sarah Personette, Twitter, VP, Global Client Solutions, offered agencies some tips on presenting pitches. “Everything starts with an insight centered on an audience, consumer or individual that inspires a strategy that has never been used before,” she said. She recommended making the greatest use of this insight: “That effort will be more powerful and at the same time, it’ll be fun. We are people and we are in a creative industry” – and pitches must be fun and interactive with the teams you find in the room.
