Automakers also made a great appearance. Volkswagen reached the Top 10 in four countries, while BMW, Ford, Audi and Volvo were included in two Top 10 lists. Tesla is a new entry to the rankings, being number ten in Norway.Global brands had the strongest projection against their regional and local competitors, 59% of brands ranked. However, local and regional brands, took the number one position in almost half of the listings. Local and international discount supermarket chains were a great success, taking the number one position in the UK, France, Finland and Norway.The ranking of brands in China was led by the local brand of sauce Hai Tian, in Japan for ANA (All Nippon Airways); additionally, the local beauty brand O’Boticario topped the list of Brazil.
