Roberto Llamas from Univisión: We hope to reach Hispanics wherever they are with Clave al Éxito

Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) has a long-standing commitment to educational attainment for Hispanics. That is what Roberto Llamas, Executive VP for Human Resources and Communitary Empowerment at Univisión explains about the programs they have developed, especially Clave al Éxito. Llamas in statements to PRODU says that in the Univisión Educación platform, the multimedia initiative, there are access information and tools for early childhood development, academic standards and performance, and college readiness and completion. “Each year, Univision Contigo’s education campaign reaches millions of parents, and we are confident that Clave al Éxito will add to our already rich and practical tools that help parents support their children’s development and educational success”, he states. He says that until now they have had good results with the campaign Clave al Éxito. Within the first few weeks, the website has had more than 23,000 visitors, 3,000 registrations, and 75,000 page views. “We believe this tool is a game-changing digital destination that empowers parents to become more active advocates and participants in their child’s education”. Llamas says they have promoted Clave al Éxito across all their assets including television, radio and digital, particularly mobile. “We hope to reach Hispanics wherever they are and will use our alliance with national and local organizations, as well as school districts across the country, to promote this valuable tool”.
