Para la campaña imprimieron recetas típicas ecuatorianas sobre la piel de los plátanos
The agency Maruri Grey Ecuador will be participating in Cannes Lions with several creative pieces. One of them is Chef Plantain for its client Tropical Fruit, an innovative strategy to present in the foreign markets the recipes that can be made with green plantain.In the aim to increase exports of plantain from Ecuador, the agency decided to print typical recipes from the Ecuadorian cuisine that use the skin of plantains that would be exported. Millions of pieces were sent to Europe, Japan, and the U.S. market.The innovative piece will compete in the categories Design, Direct, Promo, Media, Outdoor and Print. Eduardo Maruri, CCO of the agency was in charge of the idea, together with Pipo Morano, Excecutive Creative Director of the agency and the creative Jimmy Cobos. Diana Duque and Cobos were the Art Directors, and Morano and Javier Maldonado were Copywriters. The production company was Maruri Film; Daniela Ubilla, the agency Producer; Topher Chan, Post-Producer; Michelle Guerra and Santiago Maruri were in charge of accounts; Carlos Villacis and María Grazia Guerrero were in design; and Alexandra Davila the Editors. The music band belongs to Alerta Pachuca and Johnny Vera edited the sound.
