The independent Mexican agency, Archer Troy, will be competing in Cannes with several campaigns. One of them is Tuberías Profundas, the first porn educational film whose aim is to sexually guide young people. The piece was made for their client Marie Stopes Mexico. Under the premise “Who can be better than a porn star to teach you about sex?” and “What better media than the Internet?” they created this innovative campaign that is part of the #PornEducation initiative, a social digital movement in favor of free and responsible sexual and reproductive health. “The campaign and the film have generated talk since sex isn’t a very discussed topic in our society. This film is the beginning of an entire educational movement and is a example that even the most sensitive topics can be addressed in an objective way with creativity and that effective ideas are the tool to engage with audiences” expressed the agency.The Archer Troy team developed this project from the conception of the creative idea all the way to the production and launch. It currently has more than 10 million views, 95 million impressions, 300 thousand shares and has been a topic of conversation in 13 countries.The production company in charge was Películas Imaginarias, Guillermo Margariños directed the spot, Eber Morales was Photography Director, Diana Rodríguez was the Producer and post production was made by Dinamita Post.
