Arthur Sadoun, CEO de Publicis Worldwide, será el encargado del nuevo grupo Publicis Communications
Maurice Lévy, Chairman of Publicis Groupe, announced this week that they will change the structure of their business model after a low economic performance. Now, they will handle their disciplines in four solution centers. The change will be implemented starting January 2nd. According to a company statement “this model places clients in the heart of the organization”. This fall, Lévy met with his high leadership team in San Francisco to plan the restructuring of the agency. One of the main topics was to find new routes for dynamic growth. “The current structure revolves around the concept of global networks, but each one of these separate offices will be reformed to offer Publicis’ clients all the company expertise and knowledge through a unique power” expressed the release. The measurement of the company´s performance will be based on client service. Each advertiser will be handled by a Chief Client Officer, responsible for all the services and tools the group offers, regardless of the discipline or the country. Laura Desmond CEO of Starcom MediaVest, will be the new Chief Revenue Officer to supervise all the Chief Client Officer team The four solution hubs are: Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient and Publicis Healthcare.Publicis Communications will be led by the CEO of Publicis Worldwide, Arthur Sadoun. This group comprises all the network´s creative firms: MSLGroup, Publicis Worldwide, Nurun, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, BBH and Marcel.
